The technology
TerpLoc is a modified-atmosphere packaging film engineered to regulate moisture and gas exchange around harvested botanicals. It maintains an internal environment that lets crops finish and hold their aroma, flavour and terpene content without burping, humidity packs or manual intervention.
Selective permeability
The film is a multi-layer structure. Each layer contributes a specific property — structural integrity, barrier performance, and controlled permeability — so the finished material passes gases at a designed rate rather than acting as a simple seal.

Why burping exists, and why this removes it
In a sealed impermeable container, respiration and residual moisture raise humidity until the contents begin to degrade. The conventional remedy is to open the container periodically to vent it, or to add a humidity control pack. Both are manual, inconsistent, and introduce handling risk. A film with a designed exchange rate does the same job continuously and without intervention.
